Nike x Transformers II Pack - Zoom Sharkalaid – Decepticons Soundwave Edition

Ok If you really know me you know I'm a hardcore transformers fan/collector to the fullest. And of course growing up watching the original 80's cartoon. And not only that... but my favorite transformer of all time happens to be Soundwave! So how dope is nike to combined both my love for nike & Transformers other than to combined the two! They even did the boxing proper like the original Hasbro packaging! I will defiantly be Buying these!!!! You can sleep on these but I won't!

The Nike Zoom Sharkalaid is covered in navy and silver grey colorways of Soundwave, and imilar to the previously mentioned Bumblebee Edition, the designers at Nike Basketball also re-touch the shoebox into a very familiar form – a Hasbro box housing the original toy figure. The Nike x Transformers II Pack - Zoom Sharkalaid – Soundwave Edition is now available at selected retailers in Asia with future release date set the upcoming weeks here in the U.S., including the House of Hoops. via kicks.cn

Air Jordan VI “Infrared” 2010 Retro

To kick off the new year in 2010, Air Jordan will release one of its most sought after models of all time, the Air Jordan VI Infrared. The weapon of choice as Jordan and the Bulls captured MJ’s first of many championship titiles, the shoe’s only previous retro was in 2000. With the January, 2010 release date comes a suggested retail price of $150 USD.

Nike Alpholution Gi-joe first of 3 pack

Some of you may remember Nike’s original G.I. Joe pack from 2007, and now that there is an upcoming G.I. Joe movie to promote, some more kicks inspired by the popular 80’s cartoon will soon be popping up. Like the Transformers 2 pack that we showed you last month, there will also be three different models paying tribute to G.I. Joe. Along with the Alpholution Supreme model pictured here, there will also be a Hyperize and Zoom Sharkalaid in the pack. The Alpholution sports a patriotic white/navy/red color scheme, but a look at the tongue logo indicates that these kicks are actually repping for the evil Cobra forces so dope! All three models are expected to hit stores as Quickstrikes this summer, so we’ll keep you posted on info and hit you with some images of the other two very soon. If you didn’t know about this pack, now you know, and remember that knowing is half the battle. If your a real fan from the 80's then you already know these are killing it!

Super Fall 2009 Flat Top Habana Glitter

A limited number of the new Super Flat Top Habana Glitter model has been released over the weekend. The Italian eyewear brand continues to develop top of the line frames and presents with this Flat Top yet another classic. Only 46 pieces of the model have been released at the Generic Man pop-up store at the 15 Twenty space in Los Angeles. If you cannot get your hands on one of these 46 pairs, you will have to wait until the Fall. Good luck!

Nike Dunk High Premium - East Vs. West | Dj Clark Kent Vs. Eddie Cruz

The Battle of the Coasts will take place this holiday season as dueling designs of Nike Dunk High scheduled to launch towards the end of the year. Representing East Coast will be Dunk High Supreme Spark East, designed by DJ Clark Kent, with its Gucci-inspired colorway on ostrich pattern leather. Not to be outdone, West Coast employed the talent of UNDFTD’s Eddie Cruz, who put forth a creature like scale design in vibrant blue.

Though some initial reports stated that both sneakers were designed by DJ Clark Kent, the emcee recently cleared the confusion with us, stated that he only designed the East Coast version and Eddie Cruz created the West Coast variant. There were no collusion or collaboration involved during the design process. Now the difficult question – who side will you pledge your loyalty too? THE FLINTSTONES NIKE "FRED" & "DINO" BIG HIGH

Adding a bit of nostalgic cartoon spunk to their lineup, Nike works up a new pair of their Big Nike’s, inspired by the Hanna-Barbera classic, The Flintstones. In what could possibly be just one sneaker out of a bigger pack, these Big Nike’s follow the color scheme closely associated with the man of the house, Fred Flintstone. The kickss feature a mostly white base with blue accenting to reflect Fred’s tie and a pattern showcasing Fred’s outfit, although not as precise as the original. Nike bone lettering on the heel caps off an interesting arrangement from the sportswear brand. Stay tuned for release details as they become available. Available now at Osneaker.

NIKE SB P-Rod 2.5

Yesterday we showed you a glimpse the P-Rod 2.5 as part of the upcoming 2010 Nike SB Preview. We mentioned that it was limited, but we didn’t get a good look at the kicks.

Today, we have a better look at the Nike SB P-Rod 2.5. Most noticeably, the vulcanized sole, that seems to be taking over the Swoosh lineup right now, is a big change for the P-Rod line. Going from a Zoom air sole to a vulcanized sole will take some getting used to, but since we’ve already seen Rodriguez put in work with the P-Rod 3, we’ll have to see if he ever skates in the 2.5.

Nike RT1 High 2009 Summer Releases

Nike introduces two new colorways in their RT1 high tops, often coined as the poor man Yeezys. The sneakers are offered in a grey/lime color scheme boasting leather and suede uppers while the other colorway features a “Tiffany” reminiscent nubuck/patent leather combo. Finally Both are now arriving at select Nike stockists, including Proper.

NIKE SB DUNK BLUE LOBSTERS

Concepts gives us a look into the complete package being offered as part of their second go round at the Lobster Dunk concept. Priced at $250.00 USD, the Blue Lobster Dunk Lows will be bagged, tagged and sealed in a HAZMAT foam container. Each pair will be joined by an official Nike SB tee, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will come with 1 of 2 Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks, with a release scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 11:00 am. Concepts will also be raffling off a pair of the original Lobster from 2008. Raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each and the drawing will be held immediately following the release on June 20th.

After the launch of the Blue Lobster, Concepts will host the Official Blue Lobster Party, featuring a number of special guests and performers including DJ Statik Selektah, Termanology and Masspike Miles. The “Brew Live Cruise” will take place on board the MV Freedom, docked at Rowes Wharf in Boston, MA. Boarding begins at 8:00 pm and the vessel leaves at 9:00 pm sharp! Admission is $30 and only offered to those that are 21+.

Eric Koston Joins Nike SB

Proving all the rumors correct, Nike SB hits us with breaking news that Eric Koston has officially joined the Nike SB Team. Adding another legendary skater to their already impressive roster makes for quite another bold move, following the unveiling of Stefan Janoski as the second signature sneaker endorser. We look forward to the many projects that will surely follow this news bit. Congrats to Eric Koston!

Although it’s true that the iPhone 3G S looks exactly the same as the current generation iPhone 3G from the outside, it’s not. THE BEATLES ROCK BAND!

We are pretty certain we are not the only ones anticipating the new Rockband game– The Beatles : Rockband. To prep for the game, which is confirmed for release on September 9th of this year, British comic book artist and designer, Jamie Hewlett, has produced a dazzling opening cinematic animation for The Beatles: Rockband. We are definitely Buying this set! Our parents can even joy this game!

Hewlett, best known as the co-creators of Gorillaz, whose band members are all animated characters; Aside from Gorillaz, Hewlett is also the co-creator of comic strip, Tank Girl. The opening cinematic features impressive life-like details and a great mix of both 3D and 2D illustrations. The animation documents The Beatles running through cities from concert to concert, dodging fans, and later, through imaginary landscapes with motifs from the band’s songs. A great Beatles soundtrack accompanies the vibrant animation - a must-see for Beatles fans and animation lovers.

Nike SB presents another quickstrike model for June - the Dunk Low SB “Beijing”. The sneaker comes in a purple/acqua colorway, which features a subtle all-over pattern.
